The Opportunity
Focus on DF are supporting a global organisation delivering a complex Dayforce programme and are looking for an experienced Dayforce Consultant to support the UK region. You’ll act as the in-region Dayforce SME, working closely with the team to stabilise, remediate, and move the programme forward. This role is best suited to consultants with a Dayforce SI / implementation background, who are comfortable actively configuring the system and operating autonomously in a complex environment.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the UK Dayforce SME, working closely with global HRIS, payroll and regional stakeholders
- Provide hands‑on configuration across Dayforce, including workflows, forms, security, and light data changes
- Support remediation and stabilisation across a live Dayforce environment
- Help solution issues across modules including HR, Payroll, WFM, Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support testing, UAT, go‑live readiness and early‑life support where required
- Provide clear guidance and confidence to regional stakeholders using the system
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Dayforce implementation experience (UK)
- SI / partner background strongly preferred
- Comfortable actively configuring, not just advising
- End‑to‑end understanding of how Dayforce modules interact
- Confident working autonomously and dealing with ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder skills with HR, Payroll, and global teams
If you’re a hands‑on Dayforce consultant who enjoys fixing, stabilising, and improving real-world Dayforce builds, I’d be keen to speak.
