The Opportunity

Focus on DF are supporting a global organisation delivering high-profile, complex Dayforce implementations and, due to continued growth, are now hiring an experienced Dayforce Project Manager to join the delivery team. This is a Dayforce-specific project management role, responsible for leading end-to-end HR technology programmes across Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management. You will own delivery governance, planning, and stakeholder management, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. This role is best suited to project managers with direct Dayforce implementation experience who are comfortable operating in complex, multi-stream delivery environments. You’ll have either an SI / consulting background or have led a Dayforce implementation from the client side.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementation projects across HR, Payroll, and WFM
  • Own project governance, planning, RAID management, and delivery reporting
  • Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and third-party vendors
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Drive delivery cadence across design, build, testing, and go-live phases
  • Ensure alignment between functional leads (HR, Payroll, WFM) and technical teams
  • Manage risks, issues, and scope change proactively
  • Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilisation
  • Provide clear documentation, status reporting, and executive updates

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of Dayforce delivery across Core HR, Payroll, and/or WFM
  • Experience working in a consulting / system integrator or complex client-side environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior HR and business leaders
  • Strong governance, planning, and delivery management capability
  • Ability to operate calmly and decisively in fast-paced, high-pressure programmes
