The Opportunity
Focus on DF are supporting a global organisation delivering high-profile, complex Dayforce implementations and, due to growth, are now hiring an experienced Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant to join the team. This is a Workforce Management–focused consulting role, centred on translating workforce policies, labour rules, and operational requirements into scalable Dayforce WFM solutions, while working closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
This role is best suited to consultants with hands-on Dayforce WFM implementation experience and strong functional knowledge across Time.
