Our client is a growing HCM consultancy supporting organisations through complex HR and workforce transformation programmes. They are looking for an HR Functional Consultant who can bring strong real-world HR experience into early-stage discovery, process design and HR systems implementation.
You will work with clients at the front end of HR transformation and implementation projects, helping shape how their HR processes, workflows and operating models should be designed before they are configured into the system.
What you’ll own:
- Lead HR process discovery and design across core employee lifecycle areas
- Map workflows, approvals, roles, responsibilities and handoffs
- Support Phase 0 / implementation readiness activity with clients
- Translate HR requirements into clear functional/system design
- Work with implementation teams to ensure HR processes fit into the wider HCM solution
What you’ll bring:
- Strong HR background across HR operations, HR transformation, HRIS or shared services
- Experience designing or improving HR processes, workflows and employee lifecycle journeys
- Confidence running client-facing workshops and challenging unclear or inefficient processes
- Exposure to HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD or similar
- Ability to learn Dayforce and become effective in a consulting environment
