Responsibilities:

  • Run recruitment across different roles, including BD, operations, and installation.
  • Manage the hiring process end-to-end, from posting roles through to offers.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee admin.
  • Manage contracts and support compliance with UK employment regulations.
  • Work with payroll providers and external HR partners.
  • Help set up HR processes, policies, and internal documentation.

What we are looking for:

  • 3 years of experience, Mandarin is preferred.
  • Good understanding of UK HR basics and compliance.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Practical and solution-oriented.
