As Process Technologist reporting into the Process Manager for a food manufacturing business you will manage product launches. My client has a proud history of developing food for their customers and consumers which is enjoyed in millions of homes every year. Their portfolio includes a fabulous range of products which are available in the leading UK supermarkets. This role will suit a Process, Technical, Operations or Engineering professional who has UK food process manufacturing experience. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge in the Process function where you will work with a great team, great products and in a great environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team to deliver projects ready for launch.
- Be involved in all aspects of process from ordering materials and packaging to arranging and attending factory trials and pre-production runs.
- Ensure data is accurately collated and reported.
- Arrange shelf-life analysis, nutritional and microbiological testing and complete artwork checks on finished products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months working experience in UK food manufacturing with knowledge of concept-to-launch protocols and Food Manufacturing practices.
- Sound project management skills and good IT skills.
