Are you ready to take on a dynamic role at the heart of a fast-paced, fast-growing fresh produce business? Our client is expanding their supply chain team and is looking for a Supply & Sourcing Manager to join them during an exciting period of growth.
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that fresh produce moves smoothly from international growers to major UK customers. This is a role where your decisions have real-time impact and where no two days are the same.

- Autonomy & Ownership: Once up to speed, you’ll take full ownership of supply for key customer accounts, making meaningful decisions and managing your own supplier relationships.
- Proper Training & Support: Expect a comprehensive 6–9 month onboarding plan. You’ll initially work Monday to Friday, then transition to a rolling 4-on/4-off shift pattern with hybrid working options.
- Collaborative Team: You’ll be part of a knowledgeable, calm, and collaborative supply team that supports one another — even when the pressure’s on.
- Managing day-to-day sourcing and movement of fresh produce from international suppliers to UK customers
- Coordinating logistics and freight, reacting to last-minute customer demands, shifting stock, and crop changes
- Taking ownership of supplier and customer communication — including problem resolution when things don’t go to plan
- Making decisions under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment involving perishable goods
- Supporting continuous improvements in the supply process, systems, and customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a relevant role within a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations setting
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confidence in dealing with both suppliers and customers — clear communication is key
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
