As a Supply Planner in a dynamic, fast-moving FMCG environment, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless sourcing, planning and movement of ingredients, packaging and finished goods across the supply chain. You’ll manage supplier partnerships, optimise inventory and align production with demand forecasts – balancing precision, cost efficiency, and agility.
You’ll take a proactive, hands‑on approach to managing and expediting key supply data, including MOQs, pricing, lead times, Bills of Material (BOMs), and raw materials. Through effective supplier negotiation and meticulous ERP / MRP data management, you’ll help safeguard product availability, enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence within a supply chain recognised for its reliability, sustainability, and innovation.
We’re looking for an analytical, commercially aware professional who thrives in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.
You’ll need :
- Proven experience in Supply Planning, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management within FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and supplier management.
- Proficiency with ERP / MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
