Job Description SHE Manager, Food Manufacturing £40,000 – £60,000 + Bonus Essex Opportunity for a SHE Manager based in Essex to join the business as they grow their operation. As Safety, Health and Environment Manager for a busy food manufacturing site you’ll report into the Technical Director. This is a great opportunity for a SHE professional to join a food manufacturing business that is experiencing exponential growth. They plan to grow their operation significantly over the next few years and invest in custom built facilities. Day-to-day you’ll co-ordinate all Safety, Health and Environment related activities across the site, embed a behaviour-based safety approach that leads to Continuous Improvement and ensures that all SHE related activates on site comply with all legislative requirements. You’ll act as the initial point of contact across the business on all safety matters, undertake weekly and monthly reporting on a range of Health and Safety KPIs.
