Because before any product reaches the production line, someone needs to make sure every single raw ingredient meets the highest technical, safety and quality standards. And that “someone” could be you in this excellent stepping stone role into Raw Material Manager roles. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven, supplier‑facing technical role where your influence starts long before the mixing bowls and conveyor belts get involved. About the Role

You’ll manage and maintain up-to-date Insight specifications for all raw materials, ensure supplier approval is rock solid, and risk assess each material to meet food safety, customer and legal requirements. You’ll liaise directly with suppliers to gather technical data, support site risk assessments, and make sure our raw material records are always audit‑ready. Your work will underpin compliance with Quality Management Systems, GMP, HACCP, and customer‑specific requirements – with your reports and KPIs giving the site a clear view of performance.
