We are seeking a talented Senior Production Manager to join our esteemed FMCG client, which is experiencing significant growth.

As a Senior Production Manager, your key responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site. This role focuses heavily on people and processes, requiring you to ensure that the team performs well and targets such as Quality, Health and Safety, Hygiene, and Yield are achieved, while ensuring that strategic processes are in place.

You will be an influential leader, providing coaching, mentorship, and training to your team as needed. This business actively promotes personal development, and your role will also include planning development opportunities for ambitious team members eager to progress in their careers.
