Entrepreneurial business, highly autonomous role, flexible on location and you will be winning opportunities and expanding sales within large retail customers. You can be a Commercial Manager or a Senior National Account Manager in title, but the opportunity remains the same. You will be working for a UK business unit of a large global food manufacturer with its roots in world foods. This is a fully remote commercial role with the requirement to be in the office one to two times a month.
The role will be predominantly working with a range of private label food solutions – ambient and frozen. This role will require business development skills to land and expand the product ranges across key grocery retail customers.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Experience of working with own label food products
- Current or recent experience of working with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl, or M&S
- Entrepreneurial approach and strong influence and negotiation skills, especially when dealing with retail Buyers
