Here you’ll be joining a highly successful new innovation-led food business.
Using a scientific approach and the latest technologies, you’ll be recreating healthier versions of favourite products that really deliver on taste.
This is a hands-on role as part of a small talented R&D team. You’ll develop recipe formulations, plan, and run trials, investigate new ingredients with suppliers, and carry out product testing. You’ll run your own projects from the lab to pilot plant then into the factory.
In a short time, this business has developed a successful product range supplied into major retailers and is delivering consistent growth. You’ll be part of the team further developing the portfolio of products, delivering first-to-market healthier new concepts for consumers.
This is an ideal role for a foodie with a scientific approach who enjoys being hands-on in developing products. Someone curious, keen to use the latest technologies and processes to improve the food we eat. You’ll need experience using bench-scale and pilot plant equipment, and a Food Science or related degree.
This role is London-based with some travel. It is a full-time, permanent position that is predominantly site-based, with some flexibility around project needs. You’ll need the right to work permanently in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
