Location: Norfolk

As the Production Planner, you will make a real impact on this manufacturing business by analyzing, reviewing, and planning.

You will report to the Planning Manager and be part of a busy manufacturing site. This newly created role offers the opportunity to apply your skill set and grow within a global business.

As part of the planning team, you will work for an established business that manufactures top quality products and supplies a diverse range of customers both locally and internationally.

This role will suit a planning professional with experience as a Production Planner or similar in a UK food or FMCG manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a production schedule for one or multiple products.
2. Detail all tasks and their completion timelines to meet predicted completion dates.

Minimum Requirements:

• A detailed knowledge of production planning and scheduling, inventory control, and materials requirements planning.
• MRP system experience.
• The capacity to communicate and present data clearly and effectively.
• The ability to resolve problems efficiently.
• A proactive approach to managing tasks and ability to work to deadlines.
• A working knowledge of D365 would be advantageous.
