You’ll play a key role in managing packaging development across the full lifecycle from concept to shelf. Working closely with NPD, Process, Procurement, and external partners, you’ll deliver technical packaging specifications, support artwork sign-off, and coordinate trials that keep pace with the food industry’s rapid evolution.
With a strong focus on compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, you’ll help ensure packaging solutions meet stringent retailer requirements, operational standards, and sustainability objectives.
We’re looking for a Packaging Technologist who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume food manufacturing setting. The Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging development
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, formats, and print processes
- Attention to detail and ability to manage specifications and artwork
- Self-motivated and organised, with a disciplined approach to managing technical documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
