This NPD Manager role offers a hands-on opportunity in food development.

If you’re passionate about creating products that are good for people and the planet, this could be a great fit for you.

You will be responsible for developing new recipes from concept to manufacturing, managing projects through the NPD gate process. The role is autonomous and hands-on, working closely with Production, Marketing, Technical, and Purchasing teams to ensure successful project delivery.

You will have the opportunity to work on new products for a well-loved brand and develop own-label products for leading retailers.

You’ll join a friendly, supportive company that has grown steadily and is committed to expanding its product range and consumer reach. As an NPD Manager, you will play a key role in the company\’s ongoing success by delivering a pipeline of innovative new products.

This role is ideal if you enjoy driving projects forward and being actively involved in product development, rather than working within a large, structured NPD team.

Requirements include solid experience in managing NPD projects following a gate process, hands-on recipe development, and factory trials. A passion for food and enthusiasm for creating great-tasting products are essential.

The position is permanent, working Monday to Friday on-site. Applicants must have the right to work permanently in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
