We are working with an innovative food manufacturing and ingredients business that are looking to add to the team due to an internal promotion. The business is part of a large European food ingredients and finished goods manufacturer. As such, there is great scope to grow and develop your career in a business like this.
The role of National Account Manager is within a UK business unit who are a market leader of innovative food solutions designed by Chefs for Chefs. They have a wide range of products used across all aspects of foodservice including casual dining/restaurants and pub groups, hospitality, education authorities, and healthcare. The team is made up of people with culinary backgrounds that are passionate about food trends, providing customer excellence, and building long-lasting relationships across the sectors.
Criteria for success in this role isβ¦
- Ideally a Chef background with current experience selling food products into foodservice channels in the UK
- The ability to work with Chefs to build relationships and manage accounts but also present a demo food solution
- A natural passion for the food industry
- Commercial acumen, good presentation skills, and a natural flair for sales
- The ability to travel to customers across all regions in the UK
The role is home-based but due to the locations of the business, it would best suit someone based in Northwest or Yorkshire, Midlands, Home Counties or North London.
