About the Role

You’ll lead the technical agenda across a diverse, fast-moving food portfolio, ensuring product quality, food safety and regulatory compliance are not only maintained but continually elevated. Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, ideally in chilled, fresh or high-care categories.
  • A proven track record in technical leadership, food safety management and retailer standards.
  • Strong understanding of BRCGS, HACCP, QMS, supplier assurance and UK food legislation.
  • The ability to build and maintain high-performing supplier relationships.
  • Credibility, resilience and the communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to balance pace with precision.
