As a Junior Demand Planner, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the end-to-end demand and order management process-ensuring customers receive the right products, on time, every time.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow their career within FMCG and food manufacturing where you’ll work alongside experienced planners and supply chain professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Junior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing and processing all customer orders accurately, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with both internal teams and customers. You will maintain and update order data, including amendments, acknowledgements, and delivery details, while liaising closely with Supply Chain and Sales teams to confirm stock availability, delivery timelines and resolve any issues. Monitoring orders against forecasts, identifying variances, and supporting proactive planning decisions will be a key part of your role.
Additionally, you will oversee the orders email inbox to ensure queries are prioritised and addressed efficiently, while contributing to continuous improvements in order management and demand planning processes within a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
Experience in demand planning within food manufacturing supply chain or FMCG.
Excellent IT proficiency-particularly Excel and order management systems
Fast, accurate data entry and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
