My client is a large, reputable chilled food manufacturing business with multiple sites in the UK, known for producing quality products and fostering a respectful work environment.
Due to gaps in the current NPD team, they require urgent support from an interim while hiring permanent staff.
Working alongside the NPD Manager, Technical, Commercial, and Central teams, you will be responsible for delivering NPD and EPD projects. Experience in project management, critical path, and stage gate management is essential.
Your responsibilities will include generating and managing costings, liaising with technical teams to ensure standards are met, and presenting ideas internally and externally to customers.
Applicants must have a proven track record as an interim in launching new products, with strong planning and organizational skills.
You should work well in a team and be capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.
This is an initial 3-month contract with no direct reports.
