Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We’re hiring a site-based HR Business Partner who will work closely with senior leaders to deliver people focused solutions that enable growth, performance, and wellbeing at every level of the organisation.

This is a pivotal opportunity to embed purpose-driven HR practices in a highly respected FMCG business where quality, integrity, and innovation drive everything they do.

As HR Business Partner, you’ll shape and deliver the People Plan, partnering with operational leaders and central HR functions to drive cultural change, engagement, and compliance across a large production site.

From enhancing employee engagement and wellbeing to ensuring ethical standards are upheld (SEDEX, modern slavery, risk management), you’ll help build an inclusive, high-performing workplace where every colleague can thrive.

You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an HRBP or Senior HR Advisor role in FMCG, food manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law, employee relations & ethical compliance
  • Confidence to coach, influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for turning insight into action
  • CIPD Level 5 preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing talent pipelines, supporting L&D, and driving operational excellence
