Are you a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?

As HSE Manager, you will take full ownership of health, safety and environmental strategy across the site. You’ll lead audits, risk assessments and incident investigations, ensure compliance with evolving legislation, and maintain environmental management systems in line with ISO14001:2015. The role also covers site security, regulatory permits, HSE performance reporting and training delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll embed best practice, drive cultural change, and influence decisions that shape the long-term direction of the business.

We’re looking for someone with:

• NEBOSH Diploma qualification
• Strong HSE leadership experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
• Excellent knowledge of legal requirements, audits, and compliance
• A proven track record of improving culture and embedding best practice
• Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
• The ability to influence at senior level and engage external stakeholders
