HR Business Partnering opportunity with commutable distance of North Lincolnshire or Nottinghamshire.

Are you a HR professional that is looking to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

You’ll be joining a leading food manufacturing business that supplies high-quality products across UK retail. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering the People Plan and supporting continued growth.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll work closely with Managers to embed best-in-class people practices. You’ll act as a trusted partner, providing expert HR guidance and driving engagement and performance across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • HR experience in a fast-paced Food or FMCG Manufacturing business.
  • Strong ability to influence, coach, and challenge at all levels.
  • A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how HR supports business success.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and implementing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and data presentation skills to support decision-making.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Solid experience in employee relations processes.
