Head of Membership for a food non-profit organisation managing relationships, marketing and events. International travel is required and fluent Spanish language is essential.

The organisation works with produce growers, exporters and importers across the world to support category growth across the UK, Europe and India. This growth comes by working with retailers and educating consumers on nutritional values, recognized health benefits, sustainability, and creating meaningful impact.

This unique role is a newly created position that will ensure the future success of the membership strategy. You will work with existing members (growers and producers across the world) to build and develop relationships as well as recruit new members. The role will require excellent relationship management, marketing, and event management including hosting and presenting.

This role will be remotely based from home anywhere in Europe, the UK or Ireland. It is essential you speak fluent Spanish and English – this is a non-negotiable because of the regions and members you will be working with.

You will have experience within the non-profit/fundraising sector, ideally within the food industry. Presentation skills and event management would be highly desirable. This role does require travel availability at various times during the year. It is also essential that you are a self-starter who is comfortable with remote working from home, with flexible hours.
