Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Head of Continuous Improvement to lead the CI strategy for a well-established FMCG business!

Excellent opportunity for a Senior CI leader to join a market-leading FMCG business!

As Head of CI, you will be the driving force in embedding a culture of Continuous Improvement and delivering the OpEx strategy across site.

This role is all about people, process, and projects! Our client is looking for an influential leader who can offer mentorship, coaching, and training, an individual who has real gravitas and brings the team with them on the CI journey.

Your duties will include leading multiple CI projects utilising several tools and techniques, delivering events, and initiatives across the factory, working with all departments including production and engineering.

The ideal professional will have previous OpEx and CI management experience within the manufacturing industry. You will need to be proficient in financial analysis and possessing strong communication skills and have a minimum of a Greenbelt six Sigma qualification too.
