The food manufacturing world doesn’t stand still, and neither should you. This is your chance to take the reins of technical leadership in a forward-thinking FMCG business that believes doing the right thing isn’t a slogan – it’s how they operate. They are not the cheapest and constantly look at product refinement to enhance their reputation. Here, technical excellence isn’t about firefighting; it’s about building trust, shaping standards, and delivering food you’d be proud to see on any shelf.

About the Role

As Technical Manager, you’ll be the go-to guardian of food safety, quality, and compliance and as well ESG initiatives. What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced Technical Manager with a track record in food manufacturing. You know your way around HACCP plans, BRC audits, and retailer codes of practice. You’ll bring strong leadership skills, the confidence to face customers and auditors, and the ability to keep calm when the heat’s on. Bonus points if you’ve worked with high-care or chilled products – but above all, you’ll be passionate about raising the bar on quality and food safety.

What’s on Offer

You’ll join a business that sees Technical not as a cost centre, but as a driver of reputation and growth. Expect a competitive salary, real autonomy, and the support of a leadership team that values your expertise. You’ll get the chance to shape standards, influence culture, and leave your mark on a site that’s serious about doing things right.
