The role offers the chance to work with a range of technology and equipment, ensuring that no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a small engineering team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. Utilise your expertise in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to maintain and improve process and packaging equipment. Manage and work within a structured budget, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Implement and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement, driving operational excellence. Skills and Experience Required: Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and above. Extensive experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Continuous experience within the food manufacturing, FMCG is preferred. A solid understanding of process and packaging equipment; experience with cooking kettles is advantageous but not essential. Broad knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment, maintenance, and principles. Demonstrable knowledge of safe-working practices and a commitment to Continuous Improvement.
