A great opportunity for a Category Procurement Manager to join a successful, growing food manufacturer supplying market leading products in a rapidly growing market.
A real leader in its field, my client manufactures wonderful products loved by its audience. An entrepreneurial business, they have a track record of heavily investing in the business and a great reputation for developing innovative, market leading products on a large scale.
They are now looking for a Category Purchasing Manager to cover the packaging and third party spend area. As an experienced Procurement professional, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and devise and execute procurement strategies across the business for your categories.
You will need to have a strong track record of managing real savings across your spend area gained in a multi-site, FMCG business. It’s a fast-moving, ever-changing environment, so you’ll be comfortable working under pressure to constantly moving deadlines and priorities.
Strong strategic sourcing experience and a working knowledge of category management within packaging and third-party manufacturing is essential. In return you’ll received an attractive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to really take your career to the next level.
