- Analysing market data and trends to provide actionable insights
- Developing and delivering category management plans aligned with the company’s commercial strategy
- Identifying growth opportunities across both Own Brand and Branded products
- Working cross-functionally with teams including Buying, Marketing, Sales, Technical, and external suppliers
To be successful in this Category Manager role…
- You will have current or recent Category Management experience
- You will have a strong analytical skillset and the ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunities
- You will be working within a Food or FMCG business and understand category data. A personal passion for the food industry would be advantageous
- You will have a commercial mindset with relationship-building and customer presentation skills
- You will be a creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
