We have a truly amazing opportunity to join the small and dynamic recruitment team, who are now looking to aggressively expand. The role is for a confident, experienced Recruitment Consultant who believes they have the self-drive to make the role their own, with high earning potentials. On top of being a nationally recognised award-winning company, we also boast an impressive commission structure with a range of benefits for motivated, money-hungry Recruiters. The position is a great opportunity to join an established team. You will be provided all your tools, with the support of our brand and team. As a Senior Recruiter, you are welcome to bring existing contacts onboard to assist with your set up within the business and will be set specific retainers per month to cover your desk. In return, we will offer an excellent starting salary + generous commission structure and benefits package. For the right candidate that is excelling within the role, we will review the salary after the probationary period. Alongside this, there will be salary reviews annually based on performance and targets achieved.
The ideal Recruiter will be a target-driven individual with 3 years+ experience in the recruitment sector (ideally IT but not necessary), that is really looking for the next career step in recruitment to manage their own desk and earn great commission. If you are money motivated and can self-manage, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Your hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 6pm (Late shift Wednesday 10am to 7:30pm) and Fridays 8:30am – 4pm. We will provide you with all your tools to assist in your daily duties and to fulfil your role. This includes a full desktop PC, work email, phone system, latest CRM recruitment database assigned to you, along with access to top job boards and networking platforms.
Package: £30,000 - £40,000 + depending on experience + Comms + Benefits
