We’re looking for someone with hands-on Acturis experience to join us at our Peterborough office. We’re open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with salary negotiable depending on experience.
You’ll help look after existing clients and deal with new business enquiries, mainly from people who contact us directly or come through referrals. The work covers a broad mix of commercial insurance.
You must be comfortable using Acturis independently. If your commercial insurance knowledge is still developing, we can provide training.
Commercial insurance experience would be helpful, but it is not essential if you have the Acturis skills we need.
What you’ll be doing
- Speaking with clients by phone and email.
- Helping with quotations, renewals and changes to policies.
- Handling incoming enquiries and following up quotations.
- Contacting insurers for quotations and outstanding information.
- Keeping client records and policy information accurate and up to date in Acturis.
- Working with colleagues to keep day-to-day tasks on track.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience using Acturis in an insurance role.
- A friendly, professional approach when dealing with clients.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage your workload and follow up outstanding tasks.
- A willingness to learn about the commercial insurance products we handle.
Location, hours and salary
This role is based at our Peterborough office. We’ll consider full-time or part-time hours.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience.
