Focus Independent Adult Social Work C.I.C. in Grimsby is seeking a Social Worker to join our adult teams.
You will manage a varied caseload of clients aged 14+ with a range of needs including mental health, physical and learning disabilities and safeguarding. You will carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, using creativity to support individuals in their own home or alternative settings.
