What You’ll Be Doing

As Team Leader, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting the House Manager and keeping everything running smoothly.

  • Running the show across activities, food, and bar service
  • Leading and supporting the team to deliver top‑tier service every time
  • Jumping in to serve food & drinks — and setting the standard while you’re at it
  • Keeping the energy high and the atmosphere welcoming and fun
  • Training, coaching, and motivating your team to be their best
  • Making sure standards are smashed and guests leave happy
  • Helping develop the team alongside the Assistant Manager
  • Handling challenges like a pro — including sorting out any guest issues quickly

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year’s experience in hospitality (or leadership in another fast‑paced environment)
  • A natural people person — confident, friendly, and easy to talk to
  • Someone who can read the room and deliver what customers actually want
  • A team player who wants work to feel fun, not forced
  • Comfortable with tech, tills, and handling payments
  • Cool under pressure — you can juggle tasks without dropping the ball
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
