Opening in Autumn 2025, The Bedford Hotel will be a prestigious boutique hotel in the heart of Belfast, set within the iconic Scottish Mutual Building. With 82 luxury bedrooms, a destination restaurant, cafe bar and private dining rooms, we are setting new standards for hospitality in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule for all plant equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Carry out or coordinate repairs for plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other general maintenance issues
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in line with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections
- Maintain accurate records of all assets, repairs, warranties and service logs
- Lead and engage with the other member of the team
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control expenditure
- Maintain up to date records for audits, inspections and regulatory compliance
