As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of the Restaurant Bar team along with providing exceptional service.
- Maintaining consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.
What do we need from you?
- 2 years previous managerial experience within a Food and Beverage service role, preferably within the branded market.
- Experience managing operations in multiple bars and 1 restaurant.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Passion about the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional levels of customer service.
- Experience managing staff performance and customer complaints.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Cash handling experience.
- Previous experience managing budgets and monitoring expenditure.
- Previous experience recruiting and training.
- Previous experience implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance.
- Previous experience handling guest feedback and resolving any issues.
