WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who knows their way around a busy kitchen and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
You'll ideally have experience at Senior Chef, Sous Chef or a similar level and be confident leading a team during busy services.
More importantly, you'll be:
- Leading and supporting the kitchen team during service
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Helping with menu development and new dishes
- Managing prep, service and kitchen organisation
- Keeping food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards on point
- Monitoring stock, waste and portion control
- Helping train and develop junior chefs
- Taking ownership when the kitchen gets busy
- Working closely with the front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
- Bringing ideas to the table and helping us continually improve
