Dallas Burston Polo Club is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the pre-opening team and help run the breakfast service to a luxury standard. You will prepare and deliver breakfasts to guests, following Head Chef specifications and maintaining high-quality presentation.
You will ensure health and safety and food hygiene procedures, manage mise en place, rotate stock, minimise waste, and train junior chefs as needed.
