The Bedford Hotel Belfast, operated by Focus Hotels Management, seeks a skilled and driven Finance Assistant who thrives in a luxury hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain financial records and ensure they are up to date and organised.
- Assist with payroll processing and reconciling payroll reports.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Contribute to the overall financial efficiency and effectiveness of the hotel.
Key Requirements:
