The Role: Hands-On Recruitment
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across our group. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you will spend your days sourcing candidates, screening CVs, on the phone assessing potential, arranging interviews and keeping the pipeline constantly full. But it’s not just about filling roles. You will also help implement our future strategy for early‑career talent hiring, enhance our employer value proposition, and build relationships with universities and education providers to create sustainable talent pipelines.
Your day-to-day:
- Conducting phone screens and assessments with high volumes of entry‑level sales candidates
- Screening CVs quickly and efficiently to identify candidates with the right potential and drive
- Arranging and coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Keeping your pipeline full with qualified candidates ready to interview
- Building innovative sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn, social media, careers fairs, campus recruitment and networking
- Partnering with sales managers to understand their needs and deliver candidates who’ll thrive
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges and education providers
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offer for multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Tracking metrics and keeping recruitment databases up to date
- Creating compelling content that positions Focus as the best place to launch a sales career
- Contributing to strategic projects that improve our approach to entry‑level sales hiring as we scale
