Focus Group (£1bn valuation, 30,000+ customers) needs an IT Account / Business Development Manager to identify whitespace opportunities, build relationships across complex organizations, and close consultative IT deals within our customer pod structure. This is all about running a consultative sales process, qualifying opportunities and closing.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings and shape tailored IT solutions
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments (IT managers, CTOs, CFOs)
  • Build ROI business cases and close deals £10k-£100k+
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with pod on account strategy and shared revenue targets
