Focus Group is one of the UK's fastest-growing tech companies with a £1bn valuation and over 30,000 customers. Our Revenue Operations function sits at the heart of that growth — and HubSpot is the platform everything runs through. This is a newly defined role that gives one person full ownership of that platform across the entire revenue lifecycle.
As HubSpot Platform Owner, you'll be the single accountable owner of the HubSpot ecosystem at Focus Group — responsible for its strategy, governance, adoption, and continuous development across both Marketing and Sales. This isn't a configuration role. You'll be shaping the roadmap, translating business requirements into platform capability, and ensuring HubSpot delivers measurable value at every stage of the customer journey — from first marketing touchpoint through to Closed Won.
What you’ll own:
- Platform strategy & roadmap — partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to define where HubSpot goes next; act as the internal subject matter expert and primary contact with HubSpot directly.
- Revenue reporting — own the end-to-end reporting framework from Marketing attribution through to Closed Won; design dashboards that give leadership a single source of truth.
- Feature delivery & development — scope and roll out new features, build workflows and automations, manage integrations across connected platforms.
- Adoption & governance — own the training curriculum, drive platform compliance across the sales team, and maintain data quality and integrity across the business.
- CRM architecture — design and maintain database structures, custom properties, permissions, lead scoring, and lifecycle stage management.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll need to be hands‑on with HubSpot — this isn't a role for someone with generalised CRM experience who's worked adjacent to the platform. We need someone who's lived in it.
- Demonstrable hands‑on HubSpot experience in an admin, engineer, or platform owner capacity.
- Experience owning a CRM platform end‑to‑end — strategy, governance, and development, not just configuration.
- Strong understanding of both Marketing and Sales workflows within HubSpot.
- Experience working with Data or Technology teams to deliver features and integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building revenue reporting frameworks.
- Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.
Bonus points for: HubSpot certification, a RevOps or Sales Ops background, or experience in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
What you’ll earn: Up to £60,000 base salary, depending on experience. Hybrid working from any UK Focus Group office — Shoreham, Exeter, Bristol, Birmingham, or Manchester.
Focus Group is committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from all backgrounds. Focus Group Ltd is committed to protecting all personal data in accordance with GDPR.
