Focus Group is a fast-growing, private equity-backed technology business recruiting a Graduate FP&A Analyst to join a hands-on team.

Based in Shoreham-by-Sea with a hybrid arrangement (2 days from home), you’ll work on meaningful data, models and decisions from day one.

You’ll report to the FP&A Manager and take on real responsibility, building plans, forecasts and management reporting while developing KPIs and driving scenario modelling.
