We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credit Control Administrator to join us for a 9 month fixed-term contract on a part-time basis at our Shoreham office. This role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships through effective credit management and professional communication. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:15 PM, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties within our credit control function.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate filing systems for credit control documentation
- Update customer records and credit control systems
- Assist with month-end reporting
- Support ad-hoc finance administration tasks as required
- Processing of daily BACS reports
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Respond to email queries regarding invoices, statements, and account balances
- Emailing copies of credit notes & invoices
- Maintaining various Credit Control Inbox levels
- Actioning Payer Portals & Supplier Forms
