Love keeping things organised and making things happen? Behind every great customer experience is someone making sure all the moving parts come together. As a Delivery Coordinator at Focus Group, you’ll be that person. You’ll coordinate remote technology installations, bringing together customers, internal teams and the resources needed to get every order over the line. From planning deliveries and keeping things on track to solving problems when they arise, you’ll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly and customers receive the service they deserve. No two orders will be exactly the same, so you’ll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling priorities. You’ll take ownership, keep everyone in the loop and look for ways to get things done efficiently without compromising on quality. If you enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems and bringing people together to deliver great results, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Making things happen: Review incoming orders, clarify requirements and get deliveries moving as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Keeping everything on track: Plan each installation, coordinate resources and make sure everyone knows what needs to happen and when.
  • Putting customers first: Keep customers informed, build positive relationships and make sure they feel supported throughout the process.
  • Solving problems: Spot potential risks, tackle issues head-on and bring in the right people when extra support is needed.
  • Working as one team: Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who takes pride in getting things right, enjoys a bit of problem-solving and knows how to keep multiple priorities moving without losing sight of the details.

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders or projects at once.
  • A customer-first mindset and a confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to resolving issues and taking ownership from start to finish.
  • Good attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and confidence working to targets and deadlines.
  • The ability to follow processes while using your initiative when things don't go to plan.

Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, or knowledge of data services and IP telephony, would be a bonus - but it's not essential if you bring the right skills and attitude.

Benefits

  • 24 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
  • Paid volunteering days to support causes close to your heart.
  • Refer a Friend rewards when you introduce great people to the business.
  • Regular social events to get to know your colleagues and celebrate together.
