The Opportunity

We’re looking for four experienced Network Migration Support Engineers to join us on a fixed-term basis to support a critical network migration programme. This is a hands‑on technical role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of our migration activities, providing expert Meraki network support across defined shift patterns.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • End Date: End of June 2026
  • Salary: £35,000 Full-Time Equivalent (pro‑rated for contract duration)
  • Location: UK Remote
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 9.25 hours per day
  • Shift Patterns: 2 engineers will start at 6:00am | 2 engineers will start at 7:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing technical support for network migration activities across Meraki environments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues during migration windows
  • Monitoring network performance and stability throughout migration phases
  • Collaborating with internal project teams and third‑party stakeholders to coordinate migration tasks
  • Documenting technical processes, configurations, and incident resolutions
  • Escalating complex issues where appropriate, ensuring minimal disruption to customers
  • Maintaining clear communication with the project team during your shift

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Meraki network environments – this is essential
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Experience working within migration or transformation projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and communicate technical issues clearly
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Available to commit to a Monday–Thursday shift pattern from immediate start through to end of June 2026
  • Flexibility to work either an early (6:00am) or late (7:00pm) start shift
