This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you’ll manage accounts, support implementations, deliver product demonstrations, and help practices get the most from our solutions—all while driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth.
Role Purpose
The Primary Care Account Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and growing relationships with NHS Primary Care customers, particularly GP surgeries. The role combines customer account management, product demonstrations, and hands-on planning and support for installations. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers gain maximum value from our solutions while driving adoption of new features.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Primary Care and GP surgery customer accounts
- Build strong, trusted relationships with practice managers, clinicians, and administrative teams
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, support, and commercial discussions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and support customer onboarding
- Liaise with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth implementations
- Provide post-installation support to ensure successful adoption and usage
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers, both remotely and on-site where required
- Support customers with the rollout and adoption of new features and functionality
- Clearly communicate product value in the context of Primary Care workflows and challenges
