What will you do?
As IT Project Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of projects within our SME delivery team. From coordinating kick-off meetings to ensuring accurate billing and documentation, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and clarifying customer requirements from the sales team to ensure smooth project setup
- Managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring all internal teams are aligned and deadlines are met
- Providing regular communication to customers and stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Tracking progress, monitoring forecasts, and ensuring timely completion
- Gathering feedback from customers and engineers to identify and respond to changes in scope
- Escalating issues internally or externally as needed to maintain project momentum
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, training materials, and process guides
