What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be someone with strong experience in network infrastructure installation and configuration, as well as expertise in server and desktop support. You’ll need to be a problem solver, a strong communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide remote and onsite support and installations for customers ranging from SMEs to enterprises, working with technologies from major vendors such as Draytek, SonicWall, Fortinet, Watchguard, Meraki, Cisco, Unifi, Netgear, and HP Aruba.

What Will You Do?
As an IT Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Installation & Configuration: Provide installation and configuration services for a wide range of ICT solutions.
- Customer Support: Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with project management teams and engineers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Audit and document client infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Assist with troubleshooting network equipment.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: Prior experience in IT or Telecom Support.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills.
- Additional Requirements: A full valid UK driving license.
Nice to Have:
- Prior Experience in IT Field Engineering.
- Hardware Deployment Skills.
- Advanced Network Troubleshooting.
- Operating System Expertise.
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, MCSA or MCSE.
