We're scaling fast, and our Operations team is at the heart of making sure every customer gets a punctual, efficient and genuinely great service experience. We're looking for an IT Solutions Engineer to join us covering parts of Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire , providing remote and onsite support and installations for customers ranging from SME to enterprise. You'll ideally live in the Basingstoke area and be out visiting different customer sites across your area most days, so this role suits someone who enjoys variety and being hands‑on rather than desk‑bound. You’ll be a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas, and will lead projects related to your specialism: Networking (VLANs, routing, wireless, Ekahau, Meraki, SonicWall, Cisco, Aruba) Server
