We are looking for a talented Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Glasgow. This is a hybrid role that puts you at the forefront of customer engagement, where you will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to design and deliver innovative telecommunications solutions.

As our Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team and customers, translating complex requirements into compelling solutions that drive business growth. You will work with cutting-edge voice and data technologies, from UCaaS and CCaaS platforms to SD-WAN and modern connectivity solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Engagement
    • Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical and business requirements.
    • Design and present tailored telephony and data solutions that solve real business challenges.
    • Deliver compelling technical presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solution Design
    • Create comprehensive technical designs including network diagrams and configuration documentation.
    • Provide technical sign-off on solutions, ensuring compatibility and best practice.
    • Work with our product team to shape future offerings.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Support field and office-based sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
    • Deliver product training to Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and channel partners.
    • Structure winning proposals that clearly articulate business value and cost savings.
  • Collaboration
    • Interface with delivery and project teams to ensure smooth handovers.
    • Liaise with suppliers and technical teams on solution viability.
    • Contribute to KPIs and drive deal closure.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential Experience
    • 2-3 years in a pre-sales, solutions consultant, or technical sales role within telecommunications or unified communications.
    • Strong technical knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions (on-premises, private hosted, and public cloud).
    • Understanding of data connectivity solutions including Internet, MPLS, SD-WAN, and network infrastructure.
    • Proven ability to design and present technical solutions to diverse audiences.

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence at all stakeholder levels.
    • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value.
    • Strong commercial awareness including margins, pricing, and profitability.
